Our Engagement Model
Our role is to connect in a simple and efficient way both worlds, on one side Investors, International Groups who want to acquire unique Companies, and on the other side, the CEOs/Founders/Owners who look for the right Financial Partner.
We facilitate this connection based on an existing network of nvestors and on a network of Companies who are on the market or freshly open to the discussion. We don’t operate as a traditional M&A Advisor but more as a M&A Facilitator to connect Businesses.
Our commercial engagement is based on a retention fee and on a success fee which will be different from if you are a Buyer or a Seller.
Buyers
Will be based on a fix retention fee to cover the specific search, and a variable success fee, based on the final valuation.
Sellers
There will be no retention fee up to certain number of offers. There will be no success fee within our Investors network.
Through a pragmatic approach we will take both parties through a set of specific steps; Understand, Translate, Search, Select, Convince, Negotiate, Advice, Agree on, Check, and Sign. With one clear objective, to come to an agreement which will be a win win situation for both parties
